Simple food but really good! Loved the bread and the steak was great too. Only downside—there were quite a lot of mosquitos.
Mr. Mason Grill – Uluwatu: Exceptional Flavor, Thoughtful Service, and Memorable Dishes Mr. Mason Grill in Uluwatu truly impressed us with both the flavor and service—a standout dining experience. We ordered: The chicken and wagyu—both were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious, easily among the best we’ve had in Uluwatu. The octopus tartare, which was creative and full of depth, A side of charred broccoli, simple but flavorful, And for dessert: the chocolate cake and the cookie skillet—both were spectacular, rich and comforting, the perfect ending to the meal. Despite arriving just before the kitchen was about to close, the staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had a great experience—attentive, kind, and never rushed. ⸻ Verdict: Mr. Mason Grill is a must-visit in Uluwatu for those who love refined grill-style dishes, creative sides, and exceptional desserts, all in a welcoming and well-run space.
Good standing desk spot out the front! The espresso martini was nice as well. A bit small for the price though. Staff were nice, venue was crisp, modern and clean, and close to the cliff bars and Uluwatu main surf break. Cool spot to chill out and enjoy a fuel up
A really beautiful restaurant - great decor and superb food! My partner and I visited for our anniversary and we both said it was one of the best meals we have had ever (not just in Bali!). A bit pricier than other places but you’re getting top notch quality food and presentation. Highly recommend.
Came here this evening for dinner with my boyfriend and had a truly wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, easily the best I’ve had in a very long time. Every dish was incredibly flavoursome. Some standout dishes were the pilaf rice, wood-roasted carrots, and the broccoli salad-each one uniquely seasoned and beautifully presented. The hummus and halloumi were equally tasty and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience! Gorgeous interior as well !!
one of the most delicious restaurants we dined at while in Uluwatu. We shared everything, favourites included the hummus, the 400g ribbon eye, the cartots and the chocolate and bread and butter pudding, perfect place to dine, we loved sitting on the high table near the big tree
Food was delicious especially I loved burrata and hummus starters! Also chocolate cake is just WOW! Very romantic atmosphere, well designed restaurant and ESPECIALLY I would highlight service. Specially Dawya- waitress we had. She one every dish and could explain the difference, having her there felt like having a good friend. If there was an award for a best waitress - she got it!
Best food we’ve had in Uluwatu!! We had no booking so sat in the garden area which only served small plates and sides (not mains) - and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Amazing food - the wagyu koftas were the best I’ve had anywhere (and we eat a lot at Lebanese restaurants in Sydney). The zucchini salad was 5 star, and the corn croquettes and spiced roasted cauliflower was spot on as well. Cocktails delicious. Service was delightful and Mangtri our waitress was so lovely - and funny as well! Atmosphere was super chill with good background house music. Vibes felt almost Mediterranean or south of France. Would come back to Uluwatu just to dine here :)
